I got this tattoo the day I turned 18, October 27, 2011. The original artist is Courtney Brims, tattoo was by Ashley Neuman and Rockstar Tattoo in Milwaukee, WI.
I got this tattoo because Courtney is my favorite artist and many more reasons. My grandpa, who basically raised me loved nature. His two favorite birds are golden finch and a blue jay. Right when I saw the picture, I had to get it done. It also reminds me of myself, a mixture of good and bad, sweet yet morbid.

People always think that when you sleep together, there’s always something that is happening in between the sheets and the bed. But let me tell you, It’s not always like that. The feeling of actually hugging each other until you fall asleep, the warmth of each other’s breath, and the total happiness in the morning when you wake up right beside him. Everything may sound so good to be true, but sometimes it takes a lot of responsibility and love to be able to be as wholesome as possible.
